At ServerAlive, we value your privacy. This policy explains how we manage your data in our uptime monitoring app to provide you with a secure and transparent experience.

1. Information We Collect

A. Account Info

We collect your Name and Email for account creation and identity verification via OTP. This is essential for syncing your monitors across devices and managing your subscription.

B. Monitor Data

The URLs and Monitor Names you provide are used solely to perform uptime checks and generate status reports for your personal dashboard.

C. Payment Data

For PRO subscriptions, we use Razorpay. We do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers; all payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay's encrypted gateway.

2. Third-Party Services

We share necessary data with trusted partners to operate our service efficiently:

• Razorpay: To process secure payments and manage PRO subscriptions.
• Email Services: To send authentication OTPs and real-time downtime alerts.

3. Data Security & Retention

All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS 1.3. Sensitive session tokens are stored locally on your device using AES-256 EncryptedSharedPreferences.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Uptime logs and monitoring history are rotated periodically to ensure system performance.

4. Account Deletion Instructions

We respect your right to be forgotten. You can delete your account and all associated data through the following methods:

In-App Method: Open the app, go to Settings > Account Details, and tap the Delete Account button. This will instantly and permanently purge your profile, monitors, and payment history from our database.

Support Request: If you cannot access the app, email us at nexuslabs.help@gmail.com from your registered email address. Your data will be verified and purged within 30 days.

5. Children's Privacy

ServerAlive is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.
